I was born in the magic island of São Miguel, in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean in 1990.
Soon I knew that I would be an artist, some kind of artist…I finished my degree in fine arts in the Oporto Faculty of Fine Arts, and then I found myself in the strange real world…

Diving in the Atlantic ocean made me realize that I was more connected with this underworld than I thought. For a while I dedicated myself to marine illustration and today I still use the ocean inspiration for many of my creations.
Now, besides other inspirations I dedicate my time to illustration, printmaking and design (communication and UI and UX design).
My objective right now is to focus only on illustration and be able to live from it.
I live and work everywhere but mostly between São Miguel island, in the Azores.
